Forms

The facsimile, memoranda, and agenda forms below have a one inch margin
on the left. If they are copied and pasted into Notepad and\or Wordpad
(Write), the one inch left margin will be added to whatever margin is
set in the Page Setup choice in the File drop-down. In order to have a
one inch margin on the left when they are printed in Notepad and\or
Wordpad (Write), move each line all the way to the left and make sure
that the left margin is set at 1" in the Page Setup choice. Also,
Notepad will print the filename at the top of every page.
A better way to print them is to open and print them in the edit.com
programme in the C:\Windows\System32\ sub-directory (folder) or use any
other D.O.S. (Disk Operating System) full screen text editor.
The label form should not have any left margin. The envelope form
starts in column two at the left because envelopes are difficult to keep
straight and next to the edge of the roller as they go through ink jet
printers.
Replace the reference words and phrases in the forms below with your
information, such as your name and address and the name, job title, and
the name of the business of the person with whom you are corresponding.
But, use as many of the Gaidhlig and Gaeilge words as your English
language dominated government bureaucracy will allow. For example,
instead of addressing a mailing envelope to

English letter carriers (mailmen) may deliver it because the street
address is in English. With zip+4 being used in the U.S. to identify
the particular city block of the address, maybe even the street and
city names can be in Gaidhlig and\or Gaeilge. Probably, the city
name should remain in English.
